MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION

To apply to become a member of our club, please complete a registration form for each member.

Membership is subject to approval and requires full payment of applicable membership fees.

Our club constitution is available here.

Our By-Laws, Codes of Behaviour, Policies and Membership Conditions are available to members under DOCUMENTS app button and website.

Junior Team limits

This season, to ensure that all players have a reasonable amount of game time, junior teams will be limited to 12 players per team, on a "first in" basis. Players registering after our first team in that grade is full will be wait-listed for a second team in that grade. Wait-listed players will be informed by email and will be offered positions in their other eligible grades (where they exist).

A $50 deposit is required at the time of registration for each junior player.

This deposit will be refunded if we are unable to place you in a team prior to the start of the season.

% Players selected for LL Club Championships (Wednesday night competition) participate at no extra cost.

ADDITIONAL FEES

# SL Senior League Club Championship finals will be an elimination competition played at Baseball Park. Therefore, an additional fee of $100.00 per team per game will apply. This will be collected before each game.

Additional costs for club uniform (eg cap, pants, etc) and equipment (eg glove, box, etc) apply.

SIBLING DISCOUNT

Families with more than 1 child playing in the junior grades will receive a $50 discount on the second and subsequent players. Please register all players, pay in full for your eldest and then contact the treasurer to arrange payment of discounted fees.

Perth Heat Player Discount

State League players listed on the current Perth Heat roster or development squad receive a 50% discount.

Fee Due Date

Full payment of fees must be made by the first playing date unless an installment plan has been approved by the Treasurer.

Payment plans must be approved or fees paid in full by the due date. A strict "NO PAY, NO PLAY" policy will apply to all players.

It is an insurance requirement that all fees have to be paid to permit play. If the Club is not financial with BWA, we can't field our teams.

If you experience difficulty paying in full by the due date or wish to apply for a payment plan please contact our volunteer treasurer (details below).

KIDSPORT VOUCHER/CODE

Please visit the DSR KidSport website for detailed information and online application form.

  1. Please complete a player registration form as detailed above, noting "KIDSPORT" as the payment method.
  2. Complete the online application form for KidSport funding - do this ASAP.
  3. Once approved, email your approved voucher code to our treasurer.

CREDIT CARD (BY SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT)

PREFERRED

Purchase the appropriate membership item or items on our ONLINE STORE (app or web) and pay using your credit card (VISA or MASTER CARD only). NOTE - You must sign-in to see rego fee items.

Credit card payment fees may apply.

EFTPOS/CREDIT CARD (IN PERSON)

Payments may be made in person at the clubhouse.

CASH (IN PERSON)

Cash payments can only be made to our treasurer who must issue you a receipt.

CHEQUE (BY POST OR IN PERSON)

Cheques must be made to "South Perth Baseball Club Inc".

Cheques must be marked "NOT NEGOTIABLE".

Cheques must be marked on the back with player last names and grade, eg J BLOGGS LL.
